LAST FEW COPIES! Clarion Sunday is the annual pilgrimage to the last Clarion House by Clarion Cycling Clubs across the north of England. It is always a special occasion. In 2021, after repeated postponements, it really meant a lot. We commissioned Alan Ward for an artist project to make the experience of taking part just a bit more special. The organisers, Clarion National Cycling Club 1895, said it was the busiest Clarion Sunday for several years. Alan took portraits of about 100 cyclists plus details of their routes and some of their stories, and what the Clarion movement meant to them. It made ample material for this beautiful limited-edition publication. £13 including 2nd class postage (UK address only).
